For conferences and meetings Auckland Castle can cater for 220 in a "theatre" style setting, provide a unique venue for a board meeting or facilities for interviews. The Victoria Conference Suite, with its own entrance and reception, has been especially developed for the many different demands of the business user.
The newly installed catering facility can provide a full range of meals and refreshments.
The Barrington and Trevor Rooms, bearing the names of previous Bishops, have been refurbished as part of the Victoria Conference Suite, with its own access and reception area. This part of the Castle is dedicated to the particular needs of training sessions, meetings, seminars, or interviews.
In the main state rooms, conference facilities can be provided in a splendid setting, catering in the Throne Room for up to 220 delegates; in the Long Dining Room for up to 90; and in the King Charles Dining Room for up to 40.
